Treasure hunt

 In Te Maunga we did a Treasure Hunt. It was fun. I won an eskimo pie which was good. We could have won headphones, Eskimo pies, a bouncy ball, a brand new hand ball and chicken and chips. We were raising money for the I am Hope charity. 

Maths Week!!!

In Te Maunga I have been learning about maths week. I learnt about combinations and how many ways you can get different ways of red, blue and yellow.

 

Probality Fun

 Kia- ora in Te Maunga we have been learning about probability. I learnt that it is most likely to get 7 with 2 dice. I also learnt that you can most likely not get 1 or 2.  

Soundscape-Amber

Kia ora! In Te Maunga we have been learning about how to do soundscape. I learnt how to make different types of sounds. I learnt that we could use rice as snow. You just have to step on it. Dakota, Ashlyn, Tiiria and I did it together.

Cyber saftey

Kia ora!! In Te Maunga we have been learning about how to stay safe online. I learnt that you shouldn’t be going on Tiktok, Twitter, Instagram and Facebook because if you are younger than 13 and you are on those apps you are breaking the law.

 

Dinosaurs

Kia Ora! In Te Maunga I learnt about dinosaurs. Samuel and I did a DinoRama.  I learnt about how dinosaurs died out. I learnt that they died out from a huge asteroid because it caused storms and volcanoes erupting.

Hygiene DLO

Kia-Ora!!! My name is Amber. This term we have been learning about germs during lockdown. Aaron made a hygiene DLO . We had to make one too.  My one was cool. I did 48 slides. It was so fun and cool to make the hygiene DLO.
